Identify areas of improvement and streamline workflows to enhance the efficiency of the talent acquisition process. Talent Acquisition Process Improvement: Assess the current state talent acquisition processes and map them to the future state.Design the organizational structure to align with the strategic vision of maximizing efficiencies and creating a best-in-class employee experience. Designing Organizational Structure: Create an integrated HR team structure that optimizes service delivery and standardizes competency and information at the lowest level.Work in close collaboration with CHRO to analyze current state and develop a pathway to desired state within the HR department which will positively yield progress for the organization which is in alignment to the mission and values.
